Client: Clements’ Marketplace

I wrote this feature article for the Lee’s and Clements’ Marketplace blog. My goals for this article were to offer practical advice and to encourage less waste while promoting a grocery product. My contact for this article, Kelsey Cestodio, informed me that the audience for this article was middle aged, upper middle-class women and men as well as mothers.

I wanted the tone of the article to be conversational and easy-to-read. I divided the article into five sections labeled with the headings—Freeze, Bake, Mash, Dip, and Caramelize. Each section describes a different action the reader can take to use up bananas.
